Bronwen Watt never set out to become a cake-creating Instagram sensation when she first started posting. However, her uniquely adorned cakes cultivated a demand for the recognizable brand she grew into, Bayou Saint Cake.
Her delightful confections are thoughtfully made with an emphasis on sustainability. Bronwen prioritizes working with organic and locally sourced produce; her flavor offerings are in flux with the seasons.
